Marlin's IVR system enables you to access automated account information via your telephone at (888) 236-2409. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the IVR system links you directly to our contract database and makes it easy to do so much, including:

(Payments made through the IVR before 8 AM EST will be processed on the same day. Requests made after 8 AM EST will be processed the next business day. There is a $10 convenience fee to make a payment via phone.)
